Culture is a big word for two guys. Here it is anyway.
We call the BS.
Someone selling you page one of Google in 30 days? Come on. Nobody gets to promise where Google puts you, and we don't. If an SEO guy tells you otherwise, ask him to put it in writing and watch him go quiet.
Serious about the work, not about ourselves.
Your phone ringing is a big deal to us. Our own calls are mostly jokes with a pricing page attached.
Systems, not magic.
Text back fast. Ask for the review. Follow up with old customers. Boring stuff. It only works if you do it.
We swear a little.
Only when it fits. "We'll get you to number one" fits. It's nonsense.
Downside first.
We can't tell you how many leads you'll get. Nobody honest can. You hear that from us before you pay, not after.
Small on purpose.
Two people, no call center, no account manager who's never seen your site. Eliot answers, Arsen built it.
We started with two websites.
The first two Eliot built for his parents, about three years back. Eliot built them himself: his dad's dog kennel and his mom's hypnotherapy practice. Both are in Switzerland, so both are in French. That's where Elvatio comes from.

The texting, the reviews, the campaigns, the pipeline and the inbox are his. He's also who you'll mostly talk to, on the call and after it, including the awkward questions. Talks a lot. That's the job.

Web designer. Builds the websites.
He designs and builds your site, then makes sure everything is connected properly: the forms, the numbers, the systems Eliot sets up. If something on your site looks off, that's his department.

You book a call.
Pick a time. The call is about 20 minutes. Before it, we analyze your business: your current site, your reviews, how people find you. You don't have to prepare anything. Not even a haircut.
We build your draft first.
Before we even talk, your website draft exists. On the call we show it to you. Hate it? Say so. That's what the call is for.
You launch, then you use it.
After the call we send an onboarding form (25 minutes to an hour). We launch the site 12 days from the call and set up the systems in your plan. After that, the boring part is yours: reply to your leads and click the two buttons.
